At BAU 2027, heroal presents innovations for residential and commercial construction

New design solutions for upscale residential construction

A focus of the heroal trade fair presence is on the versatile opportunities for creating architectural concepts for upscale residential construction. For the entrance area, heroal presents the heroal D 72 PF EM door system in a new, flush interior and exterior version. The system builds on the comprehensive heroal D 72 platform and offers fabricators exceptional performance features as well as particularly reliable and economical fabrication. A new addition to the portfolio is a minimalist sliding system that connects large glazed surfaces with smaller view widths – for spacious living rooms flooded in light. The perfectly engineered system design provides benefits during both installation and fabrication. At the trade fair, this is demonstrated with a new sun protection solution, whose extremely slimline look reinforces the transparency of the glazed surfaces. heroal applies the same design principle to its established heroal S 77 SL lift and slide system: a new version with a smaller view width of the centre joint ensures an even more subtle look and greater transparency. This creates an end-to-end range of sliding and lift and slide systems for maximum glazed areas. The systems can be complemented with matching heroal sun protection as required.

System solutions with new added value for commercial construction

In commercial construction, heroal has continued to refine its product portfolio in a number of key areas. The established heroal C 50 mullion-transom curtain wall systems as well as the heroal window systems impress with new functionalities and an enhanced range of applications. At BAU, heroal also presents an efficient method for quickly and safely creating curtain walls using window elements from the heroal W 72 system. All window and curtain wall systems are also presented with an integrated sun protection system from the heroal portfolio. The technical features and optics are perfectly coordinated – for a consistent appearance of the building shell. Beyond this, extensions to the heroal D 93 FP and D 65 C SP systems also complement the fire and smoke protection portfolio.

Services for optimising planning, production and sales processes

Efficient and sustainable processes are a key factor for the success of manufacturing companies. At the heroal stand, an example customer project gives fabricators a clear insight into how they can benefit from heroal’s manufacturing consulting services and how a joint analysis of existing processes provides a sound basis for targeted optimisations to their own manufacturing operations. In a separate topic area, the company also gives attendees the opportunity to experience its digital services. These range from picos ID to the heroal configurators as well as the new Lead Management offer. Fabricators can familiarise themselves with the added value generated by these solutions along the entire value chain.
