Depending on requirements and capacity utilisation, heroal roller shutter systems can be ordered as system components, ready-made curtains or ready-made elements (heroal Ready). With heroal Ready ready-made elements, heroal takes care of assembly and delivers tested roller shutter systems consisting entirely of heroal components.

The tightly winding roller shutter slats heroal RS 37 SW and RS 52 SW enable optimum use of the winding space and thus particularly compact, cost-efficient box sizes. Their optimised hook and pocket geometry ensures stable standing behaviour, higher light tightness and secure slat connection.

The heroal FMC cover system combines a visible, extruded front cover with a roll-formed cover and offers a cost-effective solution for the soffit installation of front-mounted systems.

The heroal DRP guide rail systems, certified up to 600 Pa and resistant to driving rain, feature spacer profiles and an easy-to-install design. The distance to the frame can be individually adjusted, reducing the number of variants and lowering storage costs. The two-part design with clip-on, symmetrical cover conceals screws, enables quick and reliable installation on frames or walls.

The new platform for corner end strips for right and left rollers in top-mounted and front-mounted boxes enables particularly simple, high-quality installation with a flush roller shutter finish. The two-part design allows for maintenance inspections and reduces the number of variants thanks to the high use of identical parts.

Two solar motors expand the heroal system range and enable process-optimised installation of roller shutter systems – for efficient installation and energy-independent operation.

Roller shutter slats made of stainless steel are characterised by their extreme durability. heroal roller shutter slats with RC 3 classification are made of a high-quality stainless steel alloy and filled with high-strength two-component foam for exceptional stability and burglary resistance.

Roller shutter covers with different wall thicknesses, designs, box sizes and inspection openings offer a wide range of installation options. Roll-formed cover systems are lighter and quick and easy to install. Extruded covers offer additional stability and security due to their greater wall thickness. Coupled elements with continuous covers ensure an elegant design.

heroal offers a wide range of extruded guide rails for heroal Mini, Maxi and Safe roller shutter systems as well as integrated insect screen systems, enabling tailor-made solutions for every installation situation. As a platform for driving rain-proof guide rails, heroal DRP (Driving Rain Proof) allows flexible use for different on-site requirements.

The extruded aluminium end strips are available as smooth end strips (with and without rubber end caps), angled end strips and safe end strips – optionally with concealed stops, stop plugs or stops with angled end strips. Different end strips for mini and maxi slats ensure a stable and visually appealing finish to the roller shutter curtain.

The roll-formed components are coated with the particularly durable heroal 2-layer thick coating in a wide range of colours. The surface coating is optimally matched to the heroal hwr powder coating for extruded components – for unique design variety and colour consistency with the heroal system portfolio.

The high-quality heroal system solution is designed for space- and material-saving integration of an insect screen roller blind into the roller shutter box and can be installed easily, quickly and economically. The insect screen roller blind is installed together with the roller shutter directly during box installation and can be operated easily and safely via a special guide rail, independently of the roller shutter.
