heroal extends Management Board

In addition to Dr Max Schöne, Mr Jürgen Peitz and Dr Ramon Knollmann have been appointed as Managing Directors of heroal. So the Management Board now consists of three Managing Directors.

Mr Jürgen Peitz has many years of experience as managing director in the international construction industry. Under the new management organisation of heroal, he will be responsible for the areas Sales and Service, Product Management and Product Development as well as Production and Logistics.

Since July 2019, Dr Ramon Knollmann has been working for the company in an executive position. As CFO, he will be responsible for the areas Finance, Accounting and Controlling as well as Human Resources. Before he joined heroal, Dr Knollmann held various management positions in companies connected to the construction industry.

As managing director in fifth generation, Dr Max Schöne has joined the Management Board of heroal in January 2020 already. He will continue to be responsible for the areas Strategy and Corporate Development, Marketing, IT and Digitalisation as well as Project and Process Management.

Under this extended executive leadership, heroal will continue to pursue the goal of consistently developing the company on its long and successful tradition and sustainably strengthening the joint market position together with all partners. The focus will be on high customer orientation, continuous optimisation of the range of products and services, innovative solutions and industry-leading quality and logistics.

With the team of three Managing Directors, heroal creates the ideal conditions in order to consistently pursue the course of growth heroal has embarked on.
